Orders placed before 12pm GMT will be processed and shipped the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day but charged at the same shipping rate.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. We endeavor to ship your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Please allow for delays during sale periods and holidays.
When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.
We ship from our warehouse in the United Kingdom. Our prices include 20% VAT for products delivered within Europe. For any delivery destinations outside of Europe, you will not be charged this 20% VAT, however, you will be responsible for paying Customs/Duty and Import taxes to receive your order. It’s important to contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of these costs before placing your order. Any delay in paying these customs fees will result in a delay of delivery of your order.

All sales are final and NON REFUNDABLE. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items received incorrectly or received in damaged or faulty condition.To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the item at email@example.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.
Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible we will offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered and we will arrange for return of the faulty item.
To return any item(s) from your order, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reference of the item(s) you would like to return. Our team will be in touch to provide a return form for you to complete that should be included in the package with your return as well as a shipping label.
Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review. Please allow up to 7 days for this to be completed. Once items have passed inspection, the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days, however, this is also subject to your banks processing time.
Your are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customs and duties costs, as well as cost of original shipment will not be refunded.
Refunds are not permited on any full price items, sale or promotional items.
