Alina Stanila is a designer, founder, and researcher working at the intersection of fashion, circular design, and material transparency. She is the founder and creative director of Mystic Moods, a seasonless womenswear studio exploring emotional durability, thoughtful production, and long-term value in clothing.Her work focuses on developing garments through a fabric-first process using reclaimed, surplus, and deadstock materials. Through restrained silhouettes and carefully selected textiles, her design approach balances structure and softness while aiming to extend the lifecycle and meaning of garments.Alongside her design practice, Alina’s work expands into writing and research around circular fashion, transparency in supply chains, and the emotional relationships people develop with clothing. These ideas inform both the philosophy behind Mystic Moods and her broader creative practice.Beyond the brand itself, she has developed projects exploring new ways of communicating transparency and responsibility in fashion, including the development of a transparency application designed to help consumers understand the lifecycle and material journey of garments.Her work continues to investigate how fashion can move beyond seasonal consumption towards systems built on care, repair, and continuity.
